Lovett Store Rack Rental Terms & Conditions

By booking a rack at Lovett Store to sell your quality preloved, second hand clothes you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These may be updated at any time at our discretion.

No Exchanges, Returns or Refunds
All items sold at Lovett Store belong to individual rack owners, not Lovett Store. Once a purchase is made, the sale is final and recorded against the owner’s booking. As such, we are unable to offer exchanges, returns or refunds under any circumstances.

Rack Bookings & Payments
Racks must be booked online at www.lovettstore.com.au or in-store, with full payment made at the time of booking.
Cancellations or rescheduling require a minimum of two weeks’ notice to be eligible for a refund. No refunds will be issued with less than two weeks’ notice.

You will need to register with our online booking platform, Zellr, which allows you to upload your items and track sales during your 14-day booking period.

Items for Sale
Each rack booking allows:

  • Up to 40 garments

  • 5 pairs of shoes

  • 2 handbags

  • 1 hat

  • Sunglasses

Please note:

  • Accessories must accompany a clothing rack booking – we don’t accept accessories alone.

  • We do not accept swimwear, underwear, or nightwear.

  • No items priced under $50 will be accepted.

  • You may restock sold items up to twice per week. Restocking is permitted after 11:00am daily, to prioritise new rack setups.

Presentation
Each rack booking allows:

Clothes can only be on a rack if they are clean and in excellent condition. Pockets must be empty, bags cleaned out and shoes clean and wiped out inside.

Check for missing buttons, holes in garments and zips that work. Please repair these before adding them to your rack.

Items will be returned to you if they are not clean or in excellent condition.

Tagging
All items must be tagged with a Lovett Store barcode. Tags must be securely attached either with string through the brand label or with a safety pin.

Hangers
Lovett Store provides all hangers, and these must be used on your rack.

End of Rental & Pick-up
All unsold items must be collected on the final day of your booking by 4pm (Tues–Sat) or 3pm (Sun).
Late collection will incur a $100 per day fee.

Loss or Theft
While we take care to monitor the store, occasional theft may occur as it does in any retail environment. Lovett Store does not accept liability for lost or stolen items and cannot provide compensation.

Opening Hours
We are open 7 days:

  • Tues–Sat: 10am–5pm

  • Sun: 11am–4pm

  • Closed Mondays during the winter months.

Payouts
Earnings will be transferred to your nominated bank account on the Wednesday evening following the completion of your 14-day rack booking.
